Peter’s idea to make the Quahog Harvest Day Parade’s theme Who’s the Boss? is accepted, and the neighborhood joins together to make the best float in the parade. However, when they win, everyones eyes are on the trophy. They finally decide to have to have it on top of the float which is planted in the center of the block. But, when the trophy disappears one morning the neighborhood literally goes to war.
